Not happy? We'll fix it first.
If your rewritten resume or cover letter isn't right, reply to your delivery email (or email hello@blackdocsai.com) within 14 days of purchase with your order code and what you'd like changed. We'll rewrite it again for free.
Still not happy? We'll refund you.
If the free rewrite still doesn't work for you, we'll refund a single order in full. For the 3-pack, see below.
3-pack
You can ask for a refund on the rewrites you haven't used within 14 days of purchase. The 3-pack price is discounted, so each rewrite you've already used is charged at our standard single price in the currency you paid, and we refund the rest. For example, in US dollars:
- 3-pack (US$34.99), 1 used → US$20.00 back
- 3-pack (US$34.99), 2 used → US$5.00 back
- Nothing used → full refund
In Australian dollars:
- 3-pack (A$52.99), 1 used → A$30.00 back
- 3-pack (A$52.99), 2 used → A$7.00 back
- Nothing used → full refund
When a pack is refunded, its remaining rewrites are cancelled.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
This policy doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
